Our Bio-Degradable foam board has a 15% recyclable content and is formulated with 'Bio-Resins'. It is these resins that cause the discarded

foam board to decompose. All that remains after decomposing is a compost.

The material is safe for the environment. The polystyrene center requires 1-5 years to breakdown completely, where as conventional foam-boards

will not bio-degrade for at least 80 years.

IS THERE A TRADE-OFF IN TERMS OF PERFORMANCE COMPARED WITH STANDARD FOAMBOARDS?

No, there is not. Bio-Degradable foam board performs in a virtually identical way to standard foam boards.
